Returns Policy - Stock Design Products (without Personalization)

Under the below terms, we accept returns for refund for our stock design products without personalization and only for a period  thirty (30) days from the date of delivery carrier's confirmation of product delivery.  

To be eligible for a return and refund for our stock design products without personalization, 1) your item must be in unused condition, 2) your item must be in the original packaging, AND 3) you must have first received a return authorization number from us.

To begin the return process for our stock design products without personalization, please call (302) 738-7900 Ext. 1 and also send an email to sales@xessory.com.  The email you send needs to be sent within the thirty (30) day return period and must ask for a return authorization number.  Note we do not pay or refund ANY shipping costs for a return of a product.  We will provide a return email with instructions that will include a return authorization number and the return address for you to send the product back at your shipping expense.

NOTE:  If a product is returned prior to receiving an email from sales@xessory.com providing a return authorization number with directions, it will not receive a return credit nor will the product be shipped back to the customer.  Also, if a product is received by XESSORY/Select One Wireless LLC in used condition or not in original packaging, it will not receive a refund and will not be shipped back to customer.

Once the product is received under a return authorization number and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned stock design product without personalization. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of a return based on the parameters outlined above.  If a return is approved for a stock design product without personalization, then the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, minus the actual shipping costs paid or minus a $7.99 shipping and handling fee to cover our original shipping and handling costs if the product had been sent with free shipping.

Late or missing Refunds (if applicable)

It may take some time for a refund to be officially posted to your credit card or bank account.  If you haven’t received a refund after ten (10) business days of being notified of approval from XESSORY/Select One Wireless LLC, please first check your bank account or credit card company again as it may take some time before a refund is officially posted by your banking institution There is often some processing time before a refund is posted by a banking institution. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received a refund yet, please contact us at sales@xessory.com

Exchanges Policy (if applicable) - Stock Design Products (without Personalization)

We only exchange stock design products without personalization if they are defective.  If you need to exchange a defective item, please see the Limited Warranty page for direction. Note: For an approved limited warranty claim submitted within the first thirty (30) days of carrier delivery confirmation of a product using the warranty claim process, there will be no required fee to fulfill that approved claim.

Returns and Exchanges Policy - Personalized Products and Custom Design Products 

Personalized and custom design products are NOT RETURNABLE unless they are defective AND a defective personalized or custom design product only qualifies for an exchange.  If you need to exchange a defective product, please see the Limited Warranty page for direction. Note: For an approved limited warranty claim submitted within the first thirty (30) days of carrier delivery confirmation of a product using the warranty claim process, there will be no required fee to fulfill that approved claim.
